Doctor directory and profile review policy

Last updated: 10 September 2026

What a directory listing means

Zospital helps people discover healthcare professionals and services. A directory entry alone does not mean the doctor has joined Zospital, approved the listing, accepted bookings, or entered a commercial partnership. A listing may be unclaimed. Profile ownership, professional verification and booking availability are separate matters.

Information and accuracy

Directory information may come from professionals, their authorised representatives and published professional sources. Information can become outdated or be disputed. We review identified inaccuracies and the source of each disputed field. Being available online does not, by itself, establish a right to republish all information. Ratings or reviews must not be represented as Zospital patient experiences when they came from another source.

Request a correction, limited listing or removal

When a doctor, clinic or hospital declines participation through our outreach process, our policy is to limit its public listing to its name, city/state and, for doctors, specialty. This does not decide a separate privacy or removal request. Clinic and hospital representatives can request review at info@zospital.com.

A doctor or authorised representative can request a profile review. Include the Zospital profile URL, what should change, the reason and how we can verify your connection to the profile. You do not need to claim the listing, become a partner or purchase anything. An account lets you privately submit and track the request. If you cannot use the form, email info@zospital.com.

We may ask for proportionate identity or authority verification to prevent unauthorised changes. Do not send patient records, passwords or government identity numbers through the form. We will explain any further verification needed.

How we decide

A removal request does not automatically delete the entire profile. An administrator reviews identity, the disputed information, its source, accuracy, privacy concerns and applicable obligations. The outcome may be correction, retention of a limited directory listing, removal from our public directory, or refusal with reasons. The requested outcome does not predetermine the decision.

A limited listing shows only selected professional directory information, such as the name, specialty and city. It excludes profile photographs, personal contact details, ratings, reviews, partnership claims and Zospital booking controls. We may retain a limited listing after review where justified; this is not an unconditional right to retain personal data. We comply with applicable legal requirements and binding orders.

Response and unresolved concerns

The review outcome and explanation appear with your request when you sign in. If you disagree, send the request reference and additional evidence to info@zospital.com for reconsideration. We assess urgent safety concerns and legal notices on their circumstances. This process does not restrict rights or remedies available under applicable law.

What public-profile removal covers

Removing a profile withdraws the doctor entry from our public directory and prevents new bookings through that entry. Limiting a listing also disables new bookings. Existing bookings and any refund requirements are handled separately. Neither action automatically erases consultation records, payment records or the private request audit; retention is assessed separately under our privacy policy and applicable obligations.

Search engines and other services may retain older copies temporarily. Previously shared media URLs and separately published editorial attribution or articles may need separate review. Tell us if your request concerns those materials as well. We cannot promise immediate removal from every external cache or website.
