Hi, I’m Dimple Jain, a Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist. With 5+ years of experience and 5000+ therapy sessions, I have had the privilege of working with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds, both in India and internationally. I believe therapy is not about giving quick solutions—it is about creating a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where you can better understand yourself, process what you are going through, and discover healthier ways forward. My approach is eclectic and personalised to each client’s unique needs. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Positive Psychotherapy. I work with concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, overthinking, emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationship and couples concerns, work-life balance, and major life transitions. I also work with couples, helping partners understand their patterns of interaction, communicate more effectively, navigate conflicts, rebuild emotional connection, and develop healthier and more respectful relationships. I see every individual as more than the challenges they are experiencing. Through genuine connection, active listening, and practical therapeutic strategies, I help clients recognise their strengths, gently challenge unhelpful patterns, and build greater emotional resilience. My goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and respected while working towards greater clarity, confidence, healthier relationships, and a more fulfilling life.
