We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Swapnil, who performed adenoid surgery for both of my kids. From the very beginning, he explained the root cause and need for the surgery very clearly, which really helped us feel confident and reassured. What truly stood out was his patience—he took the time to listen carefully to all our concerns without rushing us. He was also very gentle and comforting with my children, which made the whole process much easier for them. Both surgeries went smoothly, and the recovery has been great. We’re really grateful for his expertise and caring approach. Highly recommend him to any parent looking for a trustworthy ENT specialist.

He is Extremely rude in behaviour. Insulting a female unnecessarily seems to satisfy his male ego. I feel he was frustrated just because I did not apprehend to his suggestion for the surgery last time I visited him. Now he tried to do the same with my son but he sensed that I may not go for the same and started insulting me. His diagnosis was wrong and he was just trying to frighten me so that I just go for a surgery without thinking much. Patients seek emotional comfort from a doctor rather than getting worried after the visit. This is exactly this doctor tried with me and when he wasn’t able to do that he started insulting me in front of my son. He was so rude that I felt crying but kept calm for my son. He was making wrong speculations of the problem of my son and when I tried to correct him he was offended. Something which never happened, can’t be accepted just because he is a doctor and he was offended by this. When I visited the order hospital the doctor was so patient and clearly told me that there is nothing to worry about and no tests required as recommended by Swapnil. I am happy to switch the doctor and hospital for my son. I will never ever suggest him to anyone.

I am suffering from cold from last 11 years. I visit to lots of doctors in last 11 years. But dr swapnil very professional and my surgery done very well. My breathing issue now solved cold issue also solved. Very good doctor.
