Hi, this is Durga. This was my first visit here, and I had a really good experience. The doctor’s nature with patients is very kind and friendly, which made me feel comfortable. Also, very professional and confident. I’m satisfied with the consultation. Thank you! On my second visit, I waited for more than one hour, even after arriving at the exact appointment time given. When I was finally called in just to have my reports reviewed, the doctor stepped out again for around 10 minutes. During this time, another patient—who was also waiting for a long time and unable to sit—became upset and started shouting. As a result, the doctor appeared rushed and did not answer my queries properly. It is not the patient’s responsibility if the doctor arrives late or if the OPD is poorly managed. If patients are paying consultation fees, they deserve adequate time and clear responses to their concerns. What was more disappointing is that immediately after coming out of the OPD, the assistant asked me to give a Google rating. How is a patient supposed to judge treatment quality right after an interaction—especially when concerns were not addressed properly? Genuine reviews come after patients feel confident in the treatment or see improvement, not after coming right outside the clinic. Overall, poor time management, lack of patient engagement, and an unprofessional experience.
