Safed pani (white discharge) ko lekar jitni sharm hai, utni hi galat-fahmiyan. Sach yeh hai: thoda discharge har mahila me normal hai — sharir ka apna safai system. Fark rang, gandh aur khujli se pata chalta hai.
Kab Normal Hai?
- Safed/halka doodhia, bina gandh, bina khujli — normal.
- Period ke aas-paas ya pregnancy me matra badhna — normal.
Kab Ilaj Zaroori Hai?
- Dahi jaisa gaadha discharge + tez khujli (fungal infection — aasan ilaj hai).
- Peela/hara, jhaagdar, ya badboodar discharge.
- Saath me pet ke neeche dard, bukhar, ya peshab me jalan.
- Kisi bhi umar me khoon mila discharge — zaroor dikhayein.

Clear or milky odourless discharge is normal and varies with the cycle. Curd-like discharge with itching suggests a yeast infection; yellow-green, frothy or foul-smelling discharge, pelvic pain, fever or blood-stained discharge need a gynaecologist.
