Sujan Ke Aam Karan
- Lambi khadi duty ya safar — subah tak utar jati hai (aam taur par chinta nahi).
- Kidney: subah chehre-aankhon par bhi sujan, peshab me jhaag.
- Heart: saans phoolna, letne par khansi, dono pairo me sujan.
- Liver: pet me bhi paani, peeliya jaisa rang.
- Thyroid ya kuch dawaiyon (BP ki) ka asar.
Ek Pair Ki Sujan — Alag Baat
Sirf EK pair me achanak sujan, dard aur garmahat — nas me khoon ka thakka (DVT) ho sakta hai. Ise turant dikhayein, khaas kar lambi bimari/safar ke baad. Jaanch aasan hai: kidney-liver ke khoon test, peshab ki jaanch, thyroid, aur zaroorat par heart/pair ki sonography.
