Din Ke Hisab Se Kya Karein?
- Din 1-2: aaram, paani-tarbooj-ORS jaise liquid, halka khana. Sponging se bukhar utarein.
- Din 3: bukhar bana hai to doctor ko dikhayein — CBC jaisi basic jaanch ho sakti hai.
- Din 5+: bina jaanch ke bilkul na baithein — dengue/malaria/typhoid ke test zaroori ho sakte hain.

- Saans phoolna, seene me dard, behoshi jaisa lagna.
- Sharir par laal chakatte, naak/masudo se khoon (dengue warning).
- Bukhar ke saath jhatke, gardan akadna, ya lagatar ulti.
- Bacchon me susti, doodh chhodna, ya 3 mahine se chhote bacche ka koi bhi bukhar.
