Breast cancer India me mahilaon ka sabse aam cancer hai — lekin jaldi pakda jaye to ilaj ki safalta bahut zyada hai. Isliye har mahila ko apni jaanch khud karna aana chahiye.
Ghar Par Jaanch (Self-Exam) Kaise Karein?
- Har mahine period khatam hone ke 3-5 din baad karein.
- Sheeshe ke samne dekhein: size/shape me badlav, chamdi ka sikudna, nipple ka andar dhansna.
- Lete kar ungliyon ke pore se pure breast aur bagal (armpit) me gol-gol ghuma kar mehsoos karein.

Koi bhi nayi gaanth (aksar bina dard ki), nipple se khoon jaisa pani, chamdi ka santre ke chhilke jaisa hona, ya bagal me gaanth — turant dikhayein. Jaanch me /mammography aur zaroorat par sui se sample (FNAC/) hota hai — yeh aasan OPD jaanchein hain. 10 me se 8 gaanthein cancer NAHI hotin — lekin yeh faisla jaanch ke baad hi ho sakta hai.
