"Acidity ka permanent ilaj" har koi dhoondta hai — lekin roz antacid ya PPI goli kha lena ilaj nahi, sirf lakshan dabana hai. Asli aaram tab milta hai jab karan pakda jaye.
Acidity Ke Aam Karan
- Khane ka galat samay — der raat khana, khakar turant letna.
- Chai/coffee zyada, dhumrapan, sharab.
- Mota pa aur tension — dono acid badhate hain.
- H. pylori infection — pet ka bacteria jo ulcer bhi kar sakta hai (test se pakda jata hai).
Kab Zaroori Hai?
Agar goli band karte hi acidity laut aati hai, umar 40+ hai, ya khoon/wazan girne jaise lakshan hain — endoscopy karwayein. H. pylori mila to uska 14 din ka ilaj lambi rahat de sakta hai. Khan-paan sudhar ke bina koi bhi goli "permanent" aaram nahi de sakti.
