I had a very positive and comforting experience at Rama Hospital - Sector 61, Noida. I live nearby in a PG and recently experienced severe kidney stone pain early Saturday morning. Since I was alone, it was a very stressful situation, but the hospital staff handled everything quickly and professionally. What truly stood out was their caring and supportive behavior. Even though I was alone, I never felt unattended — one or two staff members were always with me, making sure I was comfortable and supported.
