My father was admitted to Jagrani Hospital under the care of Remedy Cancer Care for cancer surgery, and I am extremely grateful for the exceptional care provided throughout his treatment. The surgery was successfully performed, and the entire medical team handled every situation with great expertise, patience, and compassion. I am very pleased with the kind of service and healthcare provided at Jagrani hospital, Lucknow for my ailing mother. My consulting surgeon, Dr. M. Khalid is a very efficient surgeon with a smiling face and a pleasing demeanour which has a wonderful calming effect on the patients. The Director, Dr Amitabh very efficiently manages the hospital and is a very humble and down to earth Doctor and ably manages his resources providing a class and affordable healthcare service to the parients. He is always found interacting with the patients and does his best to solve their issues at the earliest. The nursing staff is highly trained and very dedicated for the well being of the patients, the best part is all the staff is very soft spoken, gentle and warm towards pateints and attendants which ensures a non chaotic environment unlike many other hospitals. The cleaning staff is also very dedicated and always timely ready ensuring the hospital campus, the rooms and the washrooms remain hygienic and presentable. The canteen staff are also sincere providing timely, well-planned diets as per the requirement of the patient. Overall, I am highly satisfied by the healthcare services provided here and the peaceful, non- chaotic environment here. The positive vibes at the hospital due to the sincere and combined efforts of the Director, Doctors, Nursing staffs and the cleaning staffs ensures stress free stay and early recovery of the sick patients.
