Dr. Mukesh Sir is like God to me. He is not only an exceptional doctor but also an extraordinary human being. He truly understands his patients pain and takes care of them with deep compassion and dedication. He is calm, friendly, humble, and genuinely down to earth. No words are enough to describe him. The way he supported us during our most difficult time, “Thank you” feels like a very small expression of gratitude. Still, through this review, I want to sincerely thank him and share our story. On 19th January, my 70-year-old father, Swapan Kumar Mitra, suddenly fell at home. After the fall, he was unable to stand or even take a single step. Watching him in that condition was heartbreaking. My mother and I were extremely worried and anxious. We immediately contacted Mukesh Sir’s clinic. Sir personally spoke to us over the phone and quickly arranged an ambulance. At the hospital emergency ward, an X-ray revealed a left femoral hip joint fracture. We were informed that only surgery could treat it, and without it, my father might never walk again. The recommended procedure was "Bipolar Hemiarthroplasty". After Hearing this our entire family was in shock and fear. However, Mukesh Sir patiently and clearly explained everything about the surgery. He answered every question with confidence, cleared all our doubts, and most importantly, gave us hope. My biggest concern was whether my father would ever walk again. With a reassuring smile, Sir said, “He will start walking the very next day after surgery, and within three days, we will discharge him.” His confidence gave us immense strength. On 21st January, Sir successfully performed the surgery. And just as he promised, my father stood up and walked the very next day. It felt like a miracle to us. Sir took excellent care of him and constantly encouraged us throughout the recovery process. 21 days later, my father himself walked into the clinic for stitch removal. That moment was unforgettable and filled our hearts with gratitude and joy. From pre-operation to post-operation, Sir was always by our side. He arranged everything nursing staff, physiotherapy, and continuous monitoring, so that we faced no difficulties. He was always available on call and WhatsApp, responding immediately whenever we had concerns. Doctors like Mukesh Sir are rare. His dedication, kindness, and commitment to his patients are truly inspiring. Society needs more doctors like him. From the bottom of my heart, I pray that God blesses him with a long, healthy, and happy life. My shoulder got dislocated while I was in pool. My friend called doctor, the doctor agreed to come to my location!!!! Who even does that now, but Dr Mukesh did.
