Easing out to patients and simplifying the complications, providing hope and positivity is key to successful surgery and recovery, which he does efficiently and briliantly. Also not to mention, but there are many more ortho doc. In turner road, Clement town having good reviews, personally went to 2-3 of them, they might be having much more experience than Lokesh sir but their way of communicating and conducting to the patient was very rude and unprofessional.
